Convert data to string

When InstantView® must convert data into a string, the following rules apply:

String	adopted identically
multiple string	String according to current language
Integer	represented as a whole number
Enumeration	with table converted to string
Object	converted with function ViewExport
Pointer to object	dereferenced, then converted with the ViewExport function

For some basic model objects (CX_DATE, CX_TIME, CX_UNIT, ...) there are special windowobjects (Date, Time, Unit, ...) with a variety of display options (controlled by flags).
